Yeshua first appears to Mary

John 20:17 ALT 17 Jesus says to her, "Stop holding Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father. But be going to My brothers and say to them, 'I am ascending to My Father and yourp Father, and [to] My God and yourp God.'"

P is for plural. Jesus told Mary Magdalene to go to his Jewish brothers and tell them that he is going to their Father. Not all Jews were Jesus' brothers. Of some he plainly said their father was the adversary. Jesus is speaking to a Jewish believer and he tells her to go speak to other Jewish believers. Does this concern you that Jesus' first post-resurrection instruction is for his own family? Who else knows him and who else would carry his work forward?

John 14:16-19 ECB 16  YAH SHUA PROMISES THE PARACLETE
I ask the Father; and he gives you another Paraclete to abide with you to the eons; 17 even the Spirit of truth; whom the cosmos cannot take because it neither sees him, nor knows him: but you know him; for he abides with you, being in you. 18 I forsake you not orphaned; I come to you: 19 yet a little, and the cosmos sees me no more; but you see me: because I live, you live also.

John 16:7 ALT 7 "But I speak the truth to youp. It is advantageous for youp that I go away. For if I do not go away, the Counselor [or, Helper] will not come to youp, but if I go, I will send Him to youp.

Jesus is resurrected by the Holy Spirit on a sabbath. Seven weeks later on Pentecost the same Holy Spirit raises the church.

Acts 2:33  ALT "Therefore, having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received the promise of the Holy Spirit from the Father, He poured out this which youp now see and hear.

Acts 2:16-17 ECB 16 but this is that said through the prophet Yah El: 17 And it becomes, in the final days, words Elohim, I pour of my Spirit on all flesh: and your sons and your daughters prophesy, and your youths see visions, and your elders dream dreams:

Romans 8:11 ALT 11 But if the Spirit of the One having raised up Jesus from [the]dead dwells in youp, the One having raised up Christ from [the] dead will also give life to yourp mortal bodies through His Spirit indwelling in youp.

50 days after we celebrate the resurrection of the messiah we should also celebrate Pentecost, which commemorates the arrival of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles and followers of Yashua. One celebration without the other should be meaningless to us.

Acts 2 ALT 1 And when the Day of Pentecost [had] come, they were all with one mind at the same [place]2 And suddenly [there] came from heaven a sound like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

5 Now [there] were Jews dwelling in Jerusalem, devout men from every nation of the [ones] under heaven. 6 Now this sound having occurred, the crowd came together and was bewildered, because they were each one hearing them speaking in his own language.

14 But Peter having stood up with the eleven, lifted up his voice and declared boldly to them, "Men, Jews, and all the ones dwelling in Jerusalem, let this be known to youp, and listen carefully to my words. 15 "For these are not drinking, as youp suppose, for it is the third hour of the day [i.e. 9:00 a.m.]16 "But this is the [thing] having been spoken by the prophet Joel: 17 'And it will be in the last days, says God, [that] I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh [fig., all of humanity]; and yourp sons and yourp daughters will prophesy, and yourp young men will see visions, and yourp old men will dream dreams.

21 'And it will be [that] every [one] who himself shall call on the name of [the]LORD will be saved!' [Joel 2:28-32] 22 "Men, Israelites! Pay attention to these words! Jesus the Nazarene, a Man having been attested by God among youp by miraculous works and wonders and signs which God did through Him in yourp midst, just as youp yourselves also know— 23 this One, handed over by the having been designated plan and foreknowledge of God, youp having taken by lawless hands, having crucified, youp executed; 24 whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible [for] Him to continue being held by it.

32 "This Jesus God raised up, of which we are all witnesses! 33 "Therefore, having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received the promise of the Holy Spirit from the Father, He poured out this which youp now see and hear.

36 Therefore, let all the house of Israel know securely [fig., without a doubt] that God made Him both Lord and Christ— this Jesus whom youp crucified!" 37 Now having heard, they were pierced through to the heart [fig., were greatly distressed], and they said to Peter and to the rest of the apostles, "What will we do, men, brothers?" 38 Then Peter was saying to them, "Repent, and let each of youp be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, to [or, for; or, because of] [the] forgiveness of sins, and youp will receive the free gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 "For the promise is to youp and to yourp children and to all the [ones] far off, as many as the Lord our God shall call to Himself." 40 And with many other words he was urgently warning and urging [them], saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation!" 41 So then, the ones having gladly received his word were baptized, and about three thousand souls were added on that day.

46 And continuing daily with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread at every house, they were sharing food with great happiness and simplicity of heart [fig., generosity]47 praising God and having favor with all the people. So the Lord was daily adding the ones being saved to the Assembly [or, Church, and throughout book].

Acts 4:8-10  Then Peter being filled with the holy SpIrit said to the rulers and elders of Israel, "If we today are being examined for the good deed done to the infirm human; in order to know how this one has been saved, then let it be known to you all and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus the anointed of Nazarene, whom ye crucify, whom thee Elohim rouses out of dead ones, in this One this one stands, in veiw of you all, sound."

Acts 4:16  (The rulers of Israel ) Said, "What shall we do to these men for indeed a known sign has occurred through them and everyone living in Jerusalem is aware of it and we are not able to deny it."

Why would the rulers of Israel want to deny a known sign from their Elohim unless they wanted to continue prospering as they were without Him??

The faithful remnant was born again to continue on with a new heart, new head, new body, new marriage

Isaiah 1:2 Hear you heavens and give ear you land, for Yahwey speaks,"Sons I magnified and exalted and they transgress against me," 1:5 Why should you be further smitten? You are adding stubbornness. Your whole head is ill and your whole heart is languishing. 1:9 Except Yahwey of hosts had left a remnant we would become like Sodom and Gomorrah. 1:10 Hear the word of Yahwey you rulers of Sodom. Give ear to the law of our Elohim people of Gomorrah. 1:17 Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Contend for the orphan and the widow. 1:21 How has the faithful city become a prostitute? It was full of justice and righteousness was living in her but now murderers.

Jeremiah 2:19c-20 You have forsaken Yahwey your Elohim and you are not in awe of me, saith the Lord Yahwey of hosts. Because from the time I broke your yoke and pulled off your bonds you have not said, "I will serve", when on every lofty hill and under every green tree you flourish by playing the prostitute.

Spiritual prostitution is when a person or body of persons sells there corporate body to serve other corporations for financial gain or political power, in complete disregard to the sanctity of the marriage covenant with Yahwey their Elohim.

Jesus walks in the land for 40 days as a new body of one before he ascends to our Father. Then he is glorified for ten days before he gives new life to the faithful remnant assembled at the Pentecostal celebration in Jerusalem. He then personally stops Saul in his wrong trek as a Jewish man set on disrupting the post-resurrection work. Wrong headed Saul becomes right headed Paul and joins the work of the new life (raised and being purified) body.

Unbelievers persecute Paul in the post-resurrection work

Acts 14:1-2,19  LITV 1 And it happened in Iconium, they went in together into the synagogue of the Jews, and spoke so as for a huge multitude of both Jews and Greeks to believe. 2 But the unbelieving Jews raised up and made malignant the souls of the nations against the brothers. 19 But Jews came there from Antioch and Iconium, and persuading the crowds, and stoning Paul, they dragged him outside the city, supposing him to have died.

Galatians 1:13-24 ECB 13 For you heard of my former behavior in Yah Hudahism, how I excessively persecuted and ravaged the ecclesia of Elohim: 14 and advanced in Yah Hudahism above my many contemporaries in my own genos - being more superabundantly a zealot of the traditions of my patriarchs. 15 And when Elohim well-approved - who set me apart from the womb of my mother and through his charism, called me 16 to unveil his Son in me to evangelize him among the goyim; I neither straightway counseled with flesh and blood: 17 nor ascended to Yeru Shalem to them who were apostles preceding me; but I departed to Arabia and returned to Dammeseq. 18 Then after three years I ascended to Yeru Shalem to inquire of Petros and abode with him fifteen days. 19 But I saw none of the other apostles, except Yaaqovos, the brother of Adonay. 20 Now what I scribe to you, behold, in sight of Elohim, I lie not. 21 Then I came to the climes of Syria and Cilicia; 22and I was unknown by face to the ecclesiae of the Yah Hudiym in Messiah: 23 but they only heard, He who formerly persecuted us now evangelizes the trust he once ravaged. 24 - and they glorified Elohim in me.

Paul was aborted from the womb of his mother religion so he was in no hurry to revisit the land of types.

For you have heard of my previous behavior in Judaism, how I inordinately persecuted the church of God and ravaged her. And I progressed in Judaism above many of the contemporaries of my own race, inherently being more zealous for my fathers' traditions. And yet it delights God; the one severing me out of the womb of my mother and calling me through his grace to reveal his son in me so I may be evangelizing him among the nations; I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood neither did I go to Jerusalem...

Paul was eventually moved to take up a collection in order to personally carry financial aid to Jerusalem. He took it to the believing Jews who were being persecuted by unbelieving Jews.

The early church consisted of JEWS WHO ONLY PREACHED THE GOSPEL TO JEWS. That is kinda hard to emulate today.

Acts 11:19-30  ESV 19 Now those who were scattered because of the persecution that arose over Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to no one except Jews. 20 But there were some of them, men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who on coming to Antioch spoke to the Hellenists  also, preaching the Lord Jesus. 21 And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number who believed turned to the Lord. 22 The report of this came to the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to Antioch. 23 When he came and saw the grace of God, he was glad, and he exhorted them all to remain faithful to the Lord with steadfast purpose, 24 for he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord. 25 So Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, 26 and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the church and taught a great many people. And in Antioch the disciples were first called Christians.

27 Now in these days prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28 And one of them named Agabus stood up and foretold by the Spirit that there would be a great famine over all the world (this took place in the days of Claudius). 29 So the disciples determined, every one according to his ability, to send relief to the brothers living in Judea. 30 And they did so, sending it to the elders by the hand of Barnabas and Saul.

1 Corinthians 16:1-4 Now concerning the collection for the saints; you should also do what I prescribed for the churches in Galatia. Upon one of the sabbaths let each of you lay up in store whatever you are prospered so that when I come no collections will be made. Then I will I come along side with whomever you should be approving through your letters. I shall be carrying your grace into Jerusalem. If it is even worthy of me to be going they shall go with me.
