The immortal human soul is an old covenant creation that started in Adam and was intentionally developed over a long period of time. "Let us make Adam in our image", was the genesis of the original human soul. Yashua's humanity started as the promised seed through Adam’s bride. She is called the mother of all the living ones. Yashua in the flesh began as a supernaturally placed seed in a betrothed Jewish woman. He progressed to wisdom, maturity and favor with Yahwey and humans to become the fully realized human under law. The soul of the God-human was created within time as the Word was fleshed out in the old covenant.

He was put to death as the last Adam to head-up the old covenant and was resurrected on First Fruits to be the first human to live in the new covenant. He was born again into the new creation, with the already developed human soul of the eschaton Adam. After his resurrection, Jesus (A.K.A. Yashua) stayed on land for 40 days before ascending to heaven, then Yashua experienced ten days of glorification with Yahweh before He sent the Holy Spirit to re-humanize the twelve tribes. And that was on the 8th weekly Sabbath called Pentecost: the 8th day was typically the day of the circumcision that symbolically looked forward to the new covenant creation. Pentecost was the real circumcision of the heart. Unless you are born again into the new family you will not live forever.

John 3:7 ALT "Stop marveling that I said to you, 'It is necessary [for] you (plural) to be born from above [or, born again].'"

The soul is the moral code or the character that one lives by. It is what makes us human or otherwise. The natural born soul was obviously lacking in moral character. Augustine said it is the soul that masters the spirit. The Holy Spirit creates the human soul of Christ in His people so they can rightly rule their own spirits. His code of conduct is the heavenly one.

Non-Human souls

Matthew 4:8-12 Again, the devil takes him to an extremely high mountain to show him all the kingdoms of the cosmos and their glory;and says to him, All these I will give you, whenever you fall and worship me. 10 Then Yahshua says to him, leave here, adversary: for it has been written, Yahweh your God (Elohim) you shall be worshipping, and to him only shall you offer sacred service. 11 Then the devil left him: and behold, messengers approach and minister to him. 12 And Yahshua hears that Yahn was put in prison; and he departs to Galilee; (The Hebrew word for God in Genesis 1:1 is Elohim. It occurs about 2600 times in the scriptures collectively known as the Tanakh. The first five books are called the Torah represented by the Ta in Tanakh.)

There are at least five characters mentioned above. The devil was an elohim and not human. Yahn the baptist is human. Yahshua is the first to be completley human. Herod wasn't being human when he put Yahn into a prison. As a descendent of Esau, Herod acted like he was human so he could be the king of the Jews. Yahwey is the model for the humanity that his true son Yahshua completely procured. Only the worship of the supreme Elohim completely creates the image of human in people or maintains it in the supernatural beings He created. The ten commandments framed the basis for the humanity of the nation Israel. The first commandment states that Yahwey is the only Elohim for their nation. In Jewish writings an elohim is told to worship the image of God in Adam and refuses to. He said Adam was younger and should instead worship him. So there obviously arose competing supernatural images that were subversively seeking to be worshipped.

The gods, who according to Jewish writings were assigned to different nations, were called "watchers" or "elohim". Some of them rebelled and insisted on promoting the image of their own souls. They were usually depicted by a carved image in the temple of their nation. Often the image in the false temple was that of an animal. The elohim who became the leader in the supernatural rebellion became known as the adversary or satan also known as the the traducer or the devil. Spiritual warfare among the supernatural souls peaked in the first century.

Luke 10:17-20  YLT 17 And the seventy turned back with joy, saying, `Sir, and the demons are being subjected to us in thy name;' 18 and he said to them, `I was beholding the Adversary, as lightning from the heaven having fallen; 19 lo, I give to you the authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and on all the power of the enemy, and nothing by any means shall hurt you; 20 but, in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subjected to you, but rejoice rather that your names were written in the heavens.'

Yashua not only ruled His own human spirit but had the power to overrule the rebellious spirits. Jesus gave his disciples power to defeat all the supernatural beings promoting the false images of themselves or their elohim. Once again we see certain populations given animal caracatures to represent the image of their souls, such as serpents and scorpions.

Revelation 12:7-9 YLT 7 And there came war in the heaven; Michael and his messengers did war against the dragon, and the dragon did war, and his messengers, 8 and they did not prevail, nor was their place found any more in the heaven; 9 and the great dragon was cast forth—the old serpent, who is called `Devil,' and `the Adversary,' who is leading astray the whole world—he was cast forth to the earth, and his messengers were cast forth with him.

So there are animals in heaven. Or at least there were. Ha ha.

Hebrews 2:14-15  YLT 14 Seeing, then, the children have partaken of flesh and blood, he himself also in like manner did take part of the same, that through death he might destroy him having the power of death—that is, the devil— 15 and might deliver those, whoever, with fear of death, throughout all their life, were subjects of bondage,

No one today is in bondage to the Torah (Tanakh) that brings death. An adversarial elohim entered the garden and succedded to bring the death sentence of the law on Adam. An adversary also met Yashua in the wilderness and tried to bring eschaton Adam down. He failed. He tried again, when he got Judas to betray him. He thought he succeeded. Yahshua willingly tasted "the death" on the cross to overcome and free his people from Adam's death.

Daniel 10:12-14  YLT 12 And he saith unto me: Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that thou didst give thy heart to understand, and to humble thyself before thy God, thy words have been heard, and I have come because of thy words. 13 `And the head of the kingdom of Persia is standing over-against me twenty and one days, and lo, Michael, first of the chief heads, hath come in to help me, and I have remained there near the kings of Persia; 14 and I have come to cause thee to understand that which doth happen to thy people in the latter end of the days, for yet the vision is after days.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the originals, against authorities, against the world holders of the darkness of this age, against the spiritual ones of wickedness in the heavenly regions. (The same word translated 'originals' here is translated  four 'corners', four 'edges' or four 'beginnings' in Peter's great sheet vision;  ἀρχή  archē  ar-khay' )  Acts 10:11  ECB  and he observes the heavens open; and a vessel descends on him as a mega linen bound at the four beginnings, and lowers to the earth: (Four living souls were created before Adam was called out to rule with the human soul. Peter is given the authority and the command to bring all nations into the new-human covenant. The four animal kingdoms prophecied in Daniel also came prior to the kingdom of the Elohim/Human; Yashua. )

The Son Of God; Ben Elohim

The supernatural image wars of the gods were won by the true Son of the supreme Elohim and he did it in human flesh. The spirits of natural people are still procreating on earth though, so there are still plenty of mortal souls competing to rule the world in their image. But no amount of warfare or deception among peoples on earth can bring the death of Adam into the covenant of Yashua. He overcame the death of Adam. The humanity of the new covenant is now immortal.

1 Corinthians 8:6  ALT  but to us [there is] one God, the Father, of whom [are] all [things], and we [exist] for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom [are] all [things], and we [exist] through Him.

John1:1-3 YLT 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God; 2 this one was in the beginning with God; 3 all things through him did happen, and without him happened not even one thing that hath happened.

John 1:14-15  YLT 14 And the Word became flesh, and did tabernacle among us, and we beheld his glory, glory as of an only begotten of a father, full of grace and truth. 15 John doth testify concerning him, and hath cried, saying, `This was he of whom I said, He who after me is coming, hath come before me, for he was before me;' (in the flesh Jesus was six months younger than John)

The plurality in the phrase, "Let us make human in our image", may allude to the heavenly council of Elohim prior to the rebellion in heaven or to the Trinity or to both. More likely the Trinity, since the elohim were assigned to other nations with other images. Yet, according to Jewish writings, an elohim was also assigned to watch over Adam. God's image in his son Adam is perfectly revealed in his true son Yashua when "the only begotten" takes on the flesh of Adam.

Adam had a death threat hanging over his head from the beginning.

Genesis 2:16-17 ECB 16 and Yah Veh Elohim misvahs Adam, saying, Of every tree of the garden, in eating, eat: 17 and of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, eat not: for in the day you eat thereof, in dying, you die.

The following verses (as all were ) were written before AD 70. AD 70 is when the firstborn covenant was finally and completley put to death. The temple of animal sacrifices was destroyed marking the end of the blood covenant that temporarily kept Adam covered in death. The old covenant even ended for those who wanted to keep on worshipping the image of God in the firstborn Adam. They tried to stop those who worshipped the image of God in the Son of the promise. For a short but gracious transition time the two covenants actually existed together. The image of God in Adam finally stood up in the temple about AD 30 but it took the next 40 years to consecrate the corporate body of people for Yahwey's image to marry up with.

The reversal of the adamic curses and the establishment of the new heavenly government occured historically by using the chiastic rhetorical device so common to Hebrew literature. In the same style that Oscar Hammerstein used to write some of his poetry; balancing the second half with an inverted order, "Do I love you because you're beautiful? or are you beautiful because I love you?"

Matthew 19:28 ECB And Yah Shua say to them, Amen! I word to you - to you who follow me: In the regenesis, when the Son of humanity sits on the throne of his glory, you also sit on twelve thrones judging the twelve scions of Yisra El:

In the typical exodus, only the two faithful witnesses Yashua and Caleb were alive after the 40 year trek to enter the promised land. In the fulfilled exodus the two faithful witnesses were Yahn and a Yashua. Yet they were the first two to die. And everyone who left the first covenant to worship Yahwey in the transition wilderness faithfully entered the promised land. Typically it was the last plague that sealed their release by the death of the firstborn. In the second exodus Yashua put Adam to death first to release His people, but nationally it wasn't complete until the end instead of the beginning of the 40 year transition to the promised land. The Romans came in like a flood and killed the national hope of Israel in the literal land. The Pharisees (Pharaoh) wanted the people to worship the image of God as they portrayed Him rather than follow Yashua out of 'Egypt'. The Artist not only knows how to emphasize what He wants to communicate, He Knows how to really rescue His people from their slavery to false images. He wrote His story in history. Good form is truely functional.

John 10:40 YLT  and went away again to the other side of the Jordan, to the place where John was at first baptizing, and remained there,

The New Covenant

Galatians 3:28-29  YLT 28 there is not here Jew or Greek, there is not here servant nor freeman, there is not here male and female, for all ye are one in Christ Jesus; 29 and if ye are of Christ then of Abraham yea are seed, and according to promise—heirs.

Galatians 4:4-5 CLV 4 Now when the full time came, God delegates His Son, come of a woman, come under law, " 5 that He should be reclaiming those under law, that we may be getting the place of a son."

Galatians 4:21-31 21 Tell me, you who want to be under torah, are you not hearing the torah? 22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, one out of the bondwoman and one out of the liberated woman. 23 But the one, indeed, out of the bondwoman is begotten according to flesh, yet the one out of the liberated woman through the promise. 24 This is allegorizing, for these women are the two covenants; one is indeed from mount Sinai, generating into slavery, which is Hagar. 25 For this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia and is in line with the present day Jerusalem, (before AD 70, when this was written, the first covenant still existed in bondage in Jerusalem) for she is still in slavery with her offspring. 26 But the Jerusalem who is above is free, who is mother of us all27 For it is written, Be gladdened you sterile one not bringing forth! Burst forth and implore, you who are not travailing! For more are the children of the desolate one than of her who has the husband (Things are reversed here. The new covenant spiritual Jews of promise were driven out of the land by the ones still in the flesh, thus the church became the first century desolate one; without a landowner husbandman. The new land became spiritual, bringing in many more offspring from all the nations). 28Now you, brethren, as Isaac, are children of promise. 29 But just like it was then, the one generated by the flesh persecuted the one generated by the spirit, so it is now (first century now). 30 So what is the scripture saying? Cast out this bondwoman and her son, for by no means shall the son of the bondwoman be enjoying the inheritance with the son of the liberated woman. (The bondwoman was cast out of the old land in AD 70. The liberated mother of all the living is the church of Christ; the assembly of God; the city of God; the new Jerusalem; the bride of Christ. Yashua is the husbandman who procured the true image of God and passed it on to His people.)

The law contains no threat of death for the firstborn of promise in the new covenant as it did for Adam. Yashua was nailed to the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and overcame it. Can you have knowledge of anything more good or more evil than what happened on that tree?

God's people were restored to a covenant life that never dies when Jesus laid down his old covenant soul to become the life giving breath to the new covenant.
